Refund and Returns Policy



We all know that in online business clients do recieve wrong product or defect item.
You must know that no one deliberately dispatches defected product, sometimes it happens in courier and sometimes client do not know how to operate a watch and in the process they damage the product

To make any such complains we need a proof of parcel opening video
Video must start from the beginning in front of courrier boy only which parcel is captured in the same condition it was recieved, and till the end and the defect should be recorded in the same video.

Do not give excuse, it will not be accepted.

Company is not liable to pay any kind of loss without an opening parcel video

so pls understand and help us with fair business policy ✅

We dont have Return/ Exchange policy without any Defaulty or Different  Product.  If product shipped to you has any kind of defect Customer have to present us complete video start to end.
